Hotel staff is very attentive and caring. Mr Rohit went above and beyond, guiding us through the bustling alleys of Varanasi like a seasoned navigator, ensuring we reached our destination safely. It felt like having our own personal superhero escorting us through the chaos.

Excellent hotel, nice location in the middle of jackson and best staff. Luxurious and fabulous room with gates, a seating area, a writing table, iron and ironing board. Quiet atmosphere and private bathroom. Location so close to the ghats and the temples, the river and Temples, and the ganga aarti in evening. Free parking nearby provided. Not to mention excellent wifi! What a really comfortable stay, no complains at all.

The staff were cooperative and accommodating and the services were good. It was in a favourable location with Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple nearby.

Everything met the demands, I would love to return. My twin room was equipped with a seating area, a writing table, and iron and ironing board. The location was the best and exceptionally nice, not too far away from Lotus Lounge. The food in the rooftop restaurant was good.

The hotel was excellent, and the rooms were brand new and wonderful. The location was close to all the main attractions, including the Ganga Aarti in the evening, the main ghats of Dashashwamedh, and the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. Additionally, Cafe d Benaras was only a 5-minute walk away.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. The location is stunning and conveniently close to the Kashi Vishwanath Temple and the river. The rooftop restaurant serves tasty food.
